Rich in conditioning and protective agents such as Cosmetic Glycerin and a blend of precious oil extracts , including naturally derived PEG 40, which help keep hair soft, shiny, and hydrated during coloring or bleaching treatments.
USE:
Mix one part Hair Color Cream and one and a half parts of Oxidizing Cream. It features a pleasant, hypoallergenic fragrance, making the application process enjoyable for both the stylist and the client.
