Conditioning color activator formulated with reverse osmosis purified water and featuring the highest professional quality. Rich in conditioning and protective agents such as Cosmetic Glycerin and a blend of precious oil extracts , including naturally derived PEG 40, which help keep hair soft, shiny, and hydrated during coloring or bleaching treatments.
Use: mix one part of Hair Color Cream and one part and a half of Oxidising Cream.
The Oxidizing Emulsion Emulsions feature a pleasant non-allergenic fragrance, which makes the application process pleasurable for both hairstylist and customer.
