Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery - Slovenia

We ship via Express One. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the moment your order is dispatched. Shipping is a flat rate of €3.40 for orders up to 5 kg. For heavier orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight.

You will receive an SMS and/or email notification on the day of delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can redirect your package to the nearest Express One parcel locker or pickup point via the tracking link provided by Express One.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders within Slovenia at no additional charge.

International Delivery - Europe We ship across the whole Europe. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by local postal services or customs procedures.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders I

f your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at [email] within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and its contents. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by Prolas. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email].

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
