Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you received the goods.

Refund: Return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refund processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
